Detailed Hotel Description
The VILLA STRATOS is at the village Kaloniktis and it is 12 km distance from Rethymno. It’s built to the slope of a hill a rounded of olive trees in a green landscape.
It has sight to the opposite hills and to a river at 100m an aquatic river with tortoises, ells, frogs and crabs.
The nearest seaside at the north side of Crete is 7 km (Gerani) and at southern at 23km (Plakias).
The extent of VILLA is 140m2 and the yards, which are made of Crete’s marble and stone, are more than 300m2.
At the gardens we have a variety of flowers and delicious grapes (for our costumers) and seats with table.
A wood made oven makes a very delicious food and there is barbecue also for meat or fish.
The swimming pool 40m2 for adults and 5m2 for your children is used for swimming, water-massage and sunbathing.
The ground floor is uniform with a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
We also have a satellite TV, a safe, a DVD, a mobile phone, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, an iron, a percolator, an squeezer and a toaster. There is also a fireplace, central heating and air-conditioning. The VILLA is open all year long.
An inner marble staircase leads to the first floor, which has 3 bedrooms and a WC with a marble bath and bidet. Two of the bedrooms have single beds and the third one has a double bed. The house along with the two sofas can accommodate 8 people in all.
In all the nearby villages you can find mini and super markets, café and traditional Cretan taverns.
After agreement, we serve Cretan food home style cooked by the owner of the villa Mrs. EVA.
