The Villa is in Ionian Islands, Corfu, Arillas,. Arillas stands on the northwest side of the Island. The sea is very clean and for this reason for the last ten years has been awarded a European Blue Flag. The villa is situated in 1750 sq.m of grounds, 100 meters from the beach.
You can find restaurants with Greek and Mediterranean cooking serving lots of fresh fish. Discos and water sports, parachutes, speedboats, fishing all these activities make the villa an ideal holiday choice for families travelling with older children or teenagers.
Ground floor: Ground floor: covered verandas with big table that you can dine al fresco, living room with TV/stereo/CD/DVD with wide sofas that can convert to three very large beds - connecting dining room for 10 people, with open plan kitchen (fully equipped and with microwave oven) and toilet with shower.
Upper floor: the house has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two beds and each one having toilet with shower.
There is an annex four meters from the main building, with another big bedroom with one double bed and 1 single bed with toilet and shower.
There are 4 toilets with showers altogether.
The main house has 2 big covered verandas on ground floor and 1 on the first floor that offers views to the Ionian Sea.
The villa (and the annex) is fully air-conditioned and also has central heating with screens at all doors and windows for mosquito protection.
In the big garden, there is a pool (fresh water) 56 sq m with depth 1m to 1.80m deep, with sun beds and sun umbrellas and basket for basketball training. Both buildings and garden have two meters fence with pergola around, and is closed with an electric iron gate (safe for small children).
Distance from the airport 35km, distance from the port 35km (ferry boat from Italy). Distance from the beach 100m. Distance from Shops 50m and Restaurants: 50 - 100 m.
