Location:
Built in 1851 by the famous Captain Michail Economou, this beautifully preserved master house is situated right on the sea front, a ten minutes walk from the town center.
Accommodation:
The ground floor has recently been refitted and all modern amenities added with great respect for the pre-existing architecture, even the iron barred windows have been kept. .It can host today a small number of guests in 6 spacious rooms all with possibility of an extra bed, all with private WC/shower, air-conditioning, TV, mini bar, direct dial phone, Wi-Fi internet connection, hair dryer, safety box and heating.
The second part of the restoration program dedicated to the Economou Mansion was recently completed and two luxury suites, with breath taking sea-view, named "Kampara" & "Nemesis" are now available for special guests, all year round. Re-designed to offer every luxury and comfort to the most demanding clients, the two suites provide a most cozy an elegant setting for holidays. Each suite is appx. 40 sq. meters with 25 sq. meters veranda overlooking right on the sea and is fully equipped with air-conditioning, all windows double glazed, small kitchen, TV with Teletext , safe-box , hair-dryer , coffee & tea tray. Our suites are ideal for honeymoon couples, VIP, or whoever is seeking a very special place for a very special occasion.
Facilities:
The furnishing is 19th century, the chest of drawers smell of levanda, lace curtains hang in front of the windows. The outside is as remarkable as the inside, with pebble yards and gardens surrounded by stone walls, where the visitor is free to roam or rest in a deck chair under the olive trees, by the side of the swimming pool.
The sitting room is the old kitchen of the Mansion. The impressive room keeps all the original atmosphere and leads the visitors straight into the past. In the wintertime the large fire place keeps you company and offer warm nights.
